Let's talk about Uchihas!
As you already know, Uchiha is a ninja clan who possesses the most powerful Genjutsu in Konoha (leaf) village as shown in Naruto Anime, are known to be the strongest clan in the leaf village.
So who are the most powerful members of Uchiha Clan?
1. Indra Uchiha
Indra, the elder son of the Sage of Six Paths was, technically the first Uchiha. He also possessed the visual prowess of the Sharingan. In the anime, as a young child, Indra was a carefree and loving person who looked after and played happily with his younger brother.
A very mature boy, he understood the importance of patience and predicting future. Indra was smart enough to take things in a very easy and quick way the one who invented Ninjutsu by creating Hand signs. Later, he was manipulated by Black Zetsu and and learning about his hidden true potential, Indra tried to achieve that power and in time he achieved his First Genjutsu power, Sharingan (a manipulation of reality in one's mind). Indra started believing that only power and force can achieve anything, even peace.
Later, there was a very high possibility of Indra to become the successor of the great Sages because of his mind and powers, but since he was being manipulated by Black Zetsu and changed in his determination negatively, he wasn't appointed to be the successor, instead his young brother (Ashura) became the next successor and with this, Indra was extensively against about the decision. And later he started a war against his younger brother with his Mangekyo Sharingan (2nd stage of Sharingan) and from there, the descendants of Indra were Known as Uchiha whereas, the descendants of Ashura were known to be Senju.
2. Madara Uchiha

• Precognition via Sharingan (can foresee his opponents next attack with the slightest muscle tension in their body)
• Technique mimicry via Sharingan (can memorize and copy attacks and powers after seeing them once)

Madara can only be defeated by Hashirama Senju on a battle was stated by Madara himself.
3. Obito Uchiha
Obito Uchiha had the same situation as Naruto Uzumaki, to become the village's Hokage (Leader). He was also on his own from the start. His parents died in second or third great ninja war. He was firmly determined himself to become the Hokage and he fell in love with Rin Nohara (teammate of Obito Uchiha) and he was jealous against Kakashi Hatake since kakashi had more skills than Obito.
Later his team was on a mission where Obito was in very serious situation but was saved my White Zetsu and few months after he got recovered, He got a news about Rin was jn danger so he ran as fast as possible to save Rin, but when he reached her, it was clearly visible that Rin was killed by the hands of Kakashi and he created a grudge against Kakashi Hatake and leaf village. And by seeing Rin dead in front of his eyes, Obito awakened his 2nd stage if Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan. And later he created Akutski group in order to achieve true peace in his own means.
4. Fugaku Uchiha
Fugaku Uchiha was a shinobi of Konohagakure. He was the head of the Uchiha clan as well as the leader of the Konoha Military Police Force.During the Third Shinobi World War, shinobi from other nations trembled at the mention of Fugaku's nickname of Wicked Eye Fugaku In the final weeks on the war, Fugaku took his four year old son Itachi to the battlefield to see mountain of corpses, with the purpose to show Itachi the reality of the world he lived in as a shinobi. In the anime, during the war, a dear friend of Fugaku died in battle, allowing him to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan, a fact he decided to keep hidden from everyone.
With the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, the village accused the Uchiha clan of orchestrating the attack as they did not take action against the tailed beast combined with the Uchiha being relocated further away from the village, caused a rift between the village and the Uchiha clan. Despite this, the villagers still admired Fugaku and the Uchiha Clan's efforts of maintaining peace.
5. Shisui Uchiha.
Shisui Uchiha, renowned as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" was an Anbu from Konohagakure's Uchiha clan. Graduating from the Academy during the Third Shinobi World War, Shisui was placed on a genin team alongside his best friend. Immediately after the war ended a year later, Shisui witnessed his friend die on a mission, consequently awakening the Mangekyo Sharingan as he felt responsible. A year later, he met a 5 year old Itachi Uchiha, whom he became best friends with while the two formed a brother-like bond. As the Uchiha continued to grow angrier and more violent from the distrust of the village due to the suspicion of their involvement in the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, Shisui approached Hiruzen Sarutobi revealing the truth to the Third Hokage. Trusting Shisui, seeing as he is Kagami Uchiha's descendant, Hiruzen allowed the Uchiha to spy on his clan for the village. Shisui was perplexed that the clan would not deter from the coup d'état that they were planning and soon became greatly concerned with the consequences that would follow their actions. Ultimately, it was decided that Shisui would use his Kotoamatsukami on Fugaku Uchiha to subtly end the coup d'état plan.
Later, as Shisui prepared to make his move, Danzō Shimura, believing that simply manipulating the Uchiha's leader wouldn't end the conflict and that he would eventually try to manipulate him as well, chose to take Shisui's eyes for himself in the desire to protect the village in his own way. Fearing that Danzō was right in Shisui's inability to stop the Uchiha's revolt and that the elder would continue to pursue his left eye as well, Shisui entrusted it to Itachi, telling him to protect both the village and the Uchiha name.
6. Itachi Uchiha
Itachi Uchiha, the greatest and the legendary minded Uchiha was the son of Fugaku Uchiha. He was a very fast learner of Ninjutsu and physical activity. At age 7, he graduated from the Ninja Academy at the top of his class after only one year, mastered the Sharingan at age 8, passed the Chunin Exams at age 10, and became an ANBU Captain at age 13. Itachi already seen how the world war goes and there's a very less possibility of surviving the war so he started predicting future and took actions.
Later when Shisui died in front of Itachi's eyes, itachi awakened his mangekyo Sharingan. With his left Mangekyo he can use Tsukuyomi, an extremely powerful genjutsu that distorts the victim's perception of time. He knew that the Uchihas gonna enrage a war against leaf village soon so Hiruzen approved him with a task to annihilate all Uchiha clans members. Itachi was really depressed with his this mission but he accepted it on one condition. He won't kill his younger brother Sasuke Uchiha. And with this, he killed every Uchiha member at the very night and left Sasuke alone and joined Akutski to spy their group and if they're having intentions to harm the leaf village then Itachi will fight against them.
7. Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke is the second and youngest son of Mikoto and Fugaku Uchiha; they named him after Sasuke Sarutobi in the hopes that he would someday be just as strong of a shinobi.[10] Sasuke grew up in the shadow of his older brother, Itachi, a natural prodigy who many in the Uchiha clan and the village would constantly compare Sasuke and any of his accomplishments to. Sasuke himself adored Itachi, never passing up an opportunity to spend time with him. Although Itachi welcomed his company, letting Sasuke watch him train and taking him on adventures into the forests,[11] Itachi in return rarely helped Sasuke himself become a better shinobi; when asked, he would often instead poke Sasuke's forehead and promise to do so some other time. Sasuke found this annoying, but didn't allow it to blemish his high opinion of his brother.
After a long day of training, Sasuke returned home one night and he find the streets littered with the bodies of the Uchiha. He rushed home to notify his family of this Uchiha Clan Massacre, only to find Itachi standing over the bodies of their parents. Sasuke tried to solicit help and comfort from Itachi, who responded by using Tsukuyomi on him to torment him with visions of him murdering their family. Horrified by what Itachi had done, Sasuke pleaded for an explanation, to which Itachi replied that it was to test his own power. Fearful that he would be next, Sasuke tried to run. Itachi cornered him and explained that Sasuke, as he then was, would not be worth killing. Only by becoming stronger, such as by acquiring his own Mangekyō Sharingan, could he prove a worthwhile challenge to Itachi's abilities. Sasuke starts developing his skills. Dissatisfied with his progress, he defects from Konoha so that he can acquire the strength needed to exact his revenge.
His years of seeking vengeance and his actions that followed become increasingly demanding, irrational and isolates him from others, leading him to be branded as an international criminal. After learning the truth of his brother's sacrifice, later proving instrumental in ending the Fourth Shinobi World War, and being happily redeemed by Naruto, Sasuke decides to return to Konoha and dedicate his life to help protect the village and its inhabitants, becoming referred to as the "Supporting Kage"
